However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we do accept returns under specific conditions.

To initiate a return, please email us at akabi.india@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with a clear photograph of the issue for our records and verification.

Once the return request is validated and approved, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement product, depending on your preference.
Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect.
